Service Description

A Physio in your back pocket: 3 x 30-minute sessions at a discounted rate of £60 per session! That's a saving of £30 over 3 calls. This is a customised service tailored to your needs. This premium package is perfect for a first booking with me to gain a full understanding of your teaching, clientele and business needs, or those who seek ongoing learning and support. This package gives us more time together so I can check back in with you on the action taken from our first session. I can offer further in-depth advice for various things that come up. This is YOUR time to take as you need. This support package has a 3-month expiry period. You can use your sessions close together, or spread out over time. As an experienced Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal conditions and also a Pilates teacher (my passion!), I aim to bridge the gap between Physio/Rehab and Pilates. I am here to help you grow as a teacher and feel more confident seeing those clients with injuries. Does any of this relate? - Got your qualification, started teaching but feel like you're out on your own? Teachers often work alone once qualified which can feel alienating. I am here to support you! - Want to feel more confident about which exercises can best support your clients with their injuries? We will cover all of the things you can do to support your clients. This might be discussing their injury or condition in more detail, going over what exercises may help, what to avoid, etc. - Perhaps you want some general clarity about a condition you've come across. This could include what exercises to give or ones to avoid to help your client's journey. - Or maybe you just want someone you can turn to with a list of general questions about Pilates exercises! Understand how to connect to the exercises and how they can help you and your future clients. - Once you have booked, I will be in touch to ask for further information upfront, so we can maximise your session time. - Each Zoom session includes a follow email within the same month (ie: TOTAL: 3 Zoom calls, with 3 follow-up emails). ***Please note this is NOT a service to provide medical diagnosis and is for advice only***

Cancellation Policy

Once paid and sessions have commenced, there is no refund on this package deal. All sessions must be used within 3 months (approx. 1 call per month, but can be used sooner as needed). It is the client's responsibility to ensure all sessions are booked in a timely manner. Please do get in touch if times need to be changed and a suitable timeslot cannot be found. I will do my best to accommodate you, within reason. Please note these calls are not for the purpose of providing a medical diagnosis; but can include advice regarding a diagnosis already made (for a client or yourself). As I am not formally assessing the clients personally, all advice is given based on the information provided but you/the teacher are responsible for the outcome of teaching provided.
