Service Description

Get stronger, more flexible and have fun all at the same time! This class is pitched at a strong-beginner/intermediate level. This means the class is suitable for beginners who are fit and well and keen to work hard! In-person classes every Thursday at 9.15am-10.15am at Studio 74 in Bickley during school term time. Please get in touch if you have never been to class prior to booking to check availability. *Zoom link to the live online class is sent once booking payment is made. Please SAVE this link as it will be a recurring link for the entire block* Can't make the class? Not to worry, this is a HYBRID class which means there is an option to be Live online via Zoom so you can still take part, wherever you might be. And if you can't make it Live, you will receive the recording which is valid for one week! *Please note that as numbers are strictly limited, these classes are booked as a block at a discounted rate of £12/class. Unfortunately there are no refunds on missed classes once booked. *Drop in rates are £15/class and only if there is availability. *New attendees must complete a health waiver form before joining and will not be permitted to take part in class otherwise. *Please note: classes are suitable for active beginners without any serious injuries. For anyone recovering from an injury, please get in touch before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Pilates class block bookings/Courses: You will be committed for the time frame of the course. As spaces are strictly limited there are no refunds on missed sessions once booked. If there is an opportunity where a replacement can take your space before the course begins, then a refund can be arranged. Please get in touch to discuss this option if needed. Private Pilates/Spring Class: 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellation/rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment time will cost the full session. Payments are taken in advance for bookings or via a package (in which case a credit will be taken off your total balance). Pilates Private & Duet (2:1) bookings: Late cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be charged. Duet partners may still attend as per usual and your half of the session will also be credited/charged. If more than 24 hours notice is given, your partner has the option to pay the difference for a 121 session, or also cancel the appointment with advance notice and neither will be charged. Online Webinars: Non-refundable. Replay available where stated for the time period allocated.
