Physiotherapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions and injuries, using treatments that are evidence-based to ensure you can get back to doing what you love, as quickly as possible.

I use a variety of techniques including:

  • Manual therapy 

  • Acupuncture 

  • Targeted exercise

  • Soft tissue release and

  • Advice & education, to get you back on track.

As a great believer in movement, Pilates & strength training in particular, I believe these hands-on physiotherapy modalities are a great pre-cursor to get you out of pain and allow you to get back to movement and your life.
